NOTE Please be aware that payment of this stipend may be contingent upon the athletic season being officially held and for a partial season may be prorated as a percentage of the athletic season being officially held.
The Varsity Spring Track and Field Assistant Coach works with student-athletes to teach the fundamentals of the sport and the concept of competing as a member of a team while fostering physical fitness and the continuous development of skills. The coach models exemplary behavior in relations with teammates, opponents, spectators, and officials to foster social, emotional, and physical growth & development and support what is best for the overall character development of the student-athlete. The coach emphasizes the importance of continuous improvement, teamwork, diversity, sportsmanship, pride, and work ethic while providing the opportunity for a safe, positive, and enjoyable experience for the student-athlete.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP The Varsity Spring Track and Field Assistant Coach reports to the Athletic Director and the Varsity Spring Track and Field Coach.
