Position Details
Caseload: Approximately 10 students (caseload may grow slightly with new enrollments)
Responsibilities
Provide specialized instruction and academic support to elementary students with disabilities.
Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Collaborate with classroom teachers, families, and related service providers to support student success.
Track student progress and maintain required special education documentation.
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings.
Create a positive, inclusive learning environment that helps students reach their full potential.
Qualifications
Active Colorado Special Education Teacher License/Certification required.
Experience working with elementary-aged students preferred.
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
Passion for supporting students with diverse learning needs.
