What You'll Bring Qualifications and Required Certifications High school diploma or equivalent. Knowledge of sport specific fundamentals, strategies, and player development. Ability to effectively supervise and motivate high school student-athletes. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively with students, parents, staff, and community members. CPR/First Aid Certification (or ability to obtain prior to season start). Concussion Awareness Training. Sudden Cardiac Arrest Training. Any additional district, league, or state-required coaching certifications and clearances

Develop, communicate, implement, and monitor the highest expectations and standards to improve the safety of all players and staff members through sportsmanship, teamwork, and respect for self and others.
