At Jiminy Peak Mountain Resort, we’re looking for mechanically inclined individuals to join our year-round operations team. As a mechanic, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the equipment that powers our mountain -from snowmobiles and ski lifts to grooming machines and trucks. What You’ll Do:
- Assist with maintenance and repairs on grooming machines, ski lifts, snowmobiles, and trucks.
- Perform troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
- Help with snow plowing, sanding, and other seasonal tasks.
- Work outdoors in a dynamic, hands-on environment.
- Some 2nd shifts may be required during the winter season.
What We’re Looking For:
- 18+ with a valid driver’s license.
- Entry-level mechanical skills welcome—we’ll train the right person.
- Physically able to lift 50 lb, push, pull heavy equipment and navigate steep terrain.
- Safety-focused, dependable, and ready to work weekends and holidays.
- Must be comfortable working at heights and climbing elevated structures, including ladders, platforms, and aerial elements.
