Demonstrate master-level-equivalent fuel-terminal operations and maintenance experience across receipt, storage, issue, accounting, laboratory and environmental functions, with predominant specialized fuels supervision. Explain how you authorize work, protect dispatch/accounting/laboratory coverage, suspend unsafe service, control suspect product and verify readiness.
Provide dated assignments, scope/assets/modes handled, team sizes, supervisory duties and TM/Responsible Officer course completion evidence. The contract permits course attendance within 120 days of appointment; anyone serving as acting TM must already have completed it. Appropriate clearance and Government resume approval are required.
Walk through a simultaneous aircraft-service demand, contaminated-fuel report and absent accountant: identify qualified replacements, protected duties, stop/restart authority and records. Do not count one person on two simultaneous posts.
During screening, provide dated role-specific examples and course/license names, issuers, completion dates and expiration dates where applicable. Axyde will verify relevant evidence and assess practical competence before assigning independent duties. Current site-specific permissions may be completed during mobilization; they do not waive required experience or credentials. Qualification is recorded for each named person and each primary/alternate task. Do not send Social Security numbers, medical records, license numbers or sensitive clearance documentation with the initial application; secure verification will be arranged.
Axyde recruits Terminal Managers and Assistant Terminal Managers to the same full Terminal Manager capability standard. For either title, demonstrate master-level-equivalent fuel-terminal operations and maintenance experience; receiving, storing, issuing and shipping products through the modes applicable to the installation; broad accounting and laboratory experience; and predominantly specialized fuels supervision covering operations, maintenance and environmental compliance. An assistant title does not reduce this standard.
Axyde requires documented Fuels Terminal Manager/Responsible Officer course completion before performance and before any acting-TM duty. Applicants may identify outstanding training, but no person will be released to those duties until completion and applicable Government approval are verified. The solicitation permits attendance within 120 days of appointment in specified circumstances; Axyde's proposed readiness standard is more demanding.
Show FuelsManager Defense / Fuel Manager Defense / Fuels Manager Defense (FMD), BSM-E, fuels inventory accounting, petroleum logistics and fuels quality-control experience and training where held. Axyde will evaluate current practical proficiency; an old course entry or keyword alone does not establish qualification. FMD is a desired leadership capability, while separate primary and alternate fuel-accounting staff must meet their own contract training requirements. Do not claim certificates or systems access you do not hold.
Provide dated evidence against every qualification, including assignments, actual duties, products/assets, receiving modes, team size and supervisory authority. Screening includes a stock discrepancy, suspect-fuel isolation/release, concurrent servicing demand, absent specialist, equipment outage and environmental incident. Explain qualified coverage, safe work suspension/restart, Government coordination and records. Confirm interest in the specific title, full-time onsite work, relocation, start availability and compensation. Resume inclusion and a priced award-contingent commitment require separate agreement; applying is not a commitment.
Assistant candidates must additionally document the Appendix D experience provisions. Until the Government clarifies the wording, Axyde screens conservatively for at least two years of relevant fuels experience and at least two years performing each of fuel accounting, dispatch/computer operations and Lead FDSO duties, supported by a dated crosswalk. Document genuine concurrent duties where applicable; do not invent separate employment periods. ATMs are full-time, do not routinely staff accountant or dispatcher posts, and have no collateral duties while acting as TM. Separately qualified staff must cover any displaced task.
