COURT REPORTER / STENOGRAPHER / DIGITAL REPORTER PWS 5.2: capture and preserve official hearing/deposition records; prepare accurate transcripts, exhibits, read-back and read/sign or errata support. Document stenographic, voice or digital reporting methods, equipment, relevant proceedings, and quality controls. Provide applicable state/jurisdiction certification or accepted equivalent; NCRA/NVRA credentials may be relevant but are not substituted for applicable jurisdiction rules. Digital reporting acceptance must be verified for each order. Expedited assignments may require 24-hour notice and overnight transcripts; state actual capacity and geographic limits. Reporting firms with dispatch coverage and qualified backups are welcome alongside individual reporters.
