• Define and implement quality control strategy
• Responsible for process quality control, internal & external customer quality issues resolution
• Maintain quality management system, ensure that all documents are compiled and completed
• Drive unit quality improvement initiatives based on data analysis of GQM, QN, LMES
• Improve the accuracy and reliability of quality data collection system, visualize data in a structured manner to provide early warning and prediction for quality control
• Team capability building
• Participate in internal and external audit, control nonconformities and take corrective actions
• Responsible for cross-unit communication and optimization for related quality processes
• Improve industrialization quality for new products

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical, Mechanical, Automation, Quality Management, or equivalent science/engineering field
• 5 years of minimum experience in the quality field
• Have working experience in PCB industry
• Good communication skills, goal-oriented and strong execution
• Six sigma green or black belts is a plus, and PMP certificates is a plus
