What Youll Do- Provide specialized nursing care for neonatal patients within a Level 2 NICU
- Monitor and administer medications and treatments, documenting patient data accurately
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
- Assess patient needs, provide education to families, and support emotional well-being
- Float to mother/baby units as needed, ensuring seamless patient care coverage
- Uphold all clinical standards and safety protocols in a fast-paced environment
What You Need- Current RN license in Texas or compact state
- BLS, NRP, and STABLE certifications required
- Minimum 1 year of experience in neonatal or critical care nursing (preferred)
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
