- Licenses/Certifications: RN license in TX or compact, BLS, ACLS, NRP, NCC Electronic Fetal Monitoring (C-EFM) or AWHONN intermediate FHM
- Experience: 1+ year in Labor & Delivery preferred; Perinatal RN residency or recent perinatal experience preferred
Pay & Benefits- Hourly Pay Rate: $60.30

What Youll Do- Independently provide routine and complex nursing care in Labor & Delivery
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process
- Administer medications and treatments following appropriate protocols
- Monitor fetal and maternal well-being, utilizing electronic fetal monitoring protocols
- Document patient history, care, and progress accurately
- Educate patients and families about pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum care
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Support long-range planning and contingency management in a busy clinical setting
What You NeedRequired:- Valid RN license in Texas or a compact state
- BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications (AHA only)
- NCC Electronic Fetal Monitoring (C-EFM) or AWHONN Intermediate FHM certification
- Minimum 1 year of Labor & Delivery experience preferred
- Current clinical practice in perinatal care (preferably recent)
Preferred:- Perinatal RN residency or recent perinatal practice experience
- Strong assessment, communication, and multitasking skills
