21st CCLC Grant Program Specialist JobID: 8277 Position Type: Central Office Admin/Specialist - Central Office AdminDate Posted: 9/23/2026Location: Program Support & Achievement Additional Information: Show/HideJob Title: 21st CCLC Grant Program Specialist Duty Days: 215Pay Grade: E06Salary Schedule: Click for salary schedulePrimary Purpose: The Program Specialist provides support to ACE site coordinators in planning, implementation, management and evaluation of the 21st Century Community Learning Centers ProgramQualifications:Education/Certification:Bachelor's Degree in education, management or related fieldSpecial Knowledge/Skills:Ability to maintain positive working relationships with the community and staff members.Strong organizational, customer service and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh degree of computer proficiency using Microsoft Office and CanvaAbility to conceive and construct innovative programs/activities targeted to specific family needs.Preferred Ability to communicate in native language(s) of program recipientsExperience With:At least 3 years leadership experienceAt least 5 years in education.High-risk children and familiesMeeting the needs of students with multiple learning stylesCurriculum (lesson planning, scope and sequencing)Staff supervisionTraining and DevelopmentConnecting families to resourcesIdentifying and utilizing community resourcesPreferred - 21st CCLC or After School/Summer Program experienceMAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:Plan, design, and help implement family engagement events at the campus and district level.Plan, provide and oversee all professional development for family engagement and student programming.Monitor program fidelity through continued observations of family engagement events and provide feedback and coaching to site coordinators.Oversee the implementation of high impact tutoring and alignment of school day to ACE afterschool programs.Manage the recruitment and retention of students and families;Work closely with the site coordinator to implement ongoing family engagement activities;Complete data entry and required reporting according to scheduled deadlines;Meet all compliance requirements including effective data and fiscal management;Lead and facilitate ongoing planning efforts including community outreach;Attend all required meetings, conferences, and trainings;Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
