Position Summary
We are seeking organized, customer-focused individuals to join our team. In this role, you will assist with destination research, coordinate travel reservation requests, maintain accurate travel records, and provide support to clients throughout the planning process. This position is performed remotely using online communication and reservation platforms.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with researching destinations, accommodations, cruises, vacation packages, and travel experiences.
- Coordinate travel reservations and confirm booking details with travel suppliers.
- Respond to client inquiries through phone, email, and online communication platforms.
- Provide helpful travel information and destination recommendations based on client preferences.
- Maintain organized and accurate travel records and documentation.
- Review reservation details to ensure accuracy before final confirmation.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
- Support clients with travel-related questions before and after reservations are finalized.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Comfortable using computers, web-based applications, and email.
- Reliable internet connection and suitable home workspace.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the location where the position is offered.
- Previous experience in travel, hospitality, customer service, administrative support, or a related field is helpful but not required.
