What Youll Do:
Assist in preparing operating rooms and patient care areas for surgery
Maintain a sterile environment and pass instruments to surgeons during procedures
Setup and organize surgical instruments and supplies based on surgeon preferences
Ensure proper patient positioning and prepare skin for surgery
Handle biological specimens and maintain aseptic techniques throughout procedures
Collaborate effectively with surgical teams, including nurses and physicians
Monitor and adhere to safety and infection control protocols
What You Need: Required:
Valid CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) license or LVN/LPN license
BLS (AHA) certification
Minimum 2 years of experience in neurosurgery or comparable surgical settings
Ability to scrub in multiple specialty areas, including neuro, general, ortho, plastics, uro, ENT, or vascular surgery
Preferred:
Experience with complex surgeries such as transplants, open heart, robotics, or titanium rib procedures
