What You’ll Do:
  • Assist in preparing operating rooms and patient care areas for surgery
  • Maintain a sterile environment and pass instruments to surgeons during procedures
  • Setup and organize surgical instruments and supplies based on surgeon preferences
  • Ensure proper patient positioning and prepare skin for surgery
  • Handle biological specimens and maintain aseptic techniques throughout procedures
  • Collaborate effectively with surgical teams, including nurses and physicians
  • Monitor and adhere to safety and infection control protocols


What You Need:
Required:
  • Valid CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) license or LVN/LPN license
  • BLS (AHA) certification
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in neurosurgery or comparable surgical settings
  • Ability to scrub in multiple specialty areas, including neuro, general, ortho, plastics, uro, ENT, or vascular surgery

Preferred:
  • Experience with complex surgeries such as transplants, open heart, robotics, or titanium rib procedures
