What You’ll Do
  • Assist in preparing operating rooms for various types of surgery including neurosurgery, general, ortho, plastics, Urology, ENT, and vascular
  • Maintain sterile fields; pass instruments, sutures, and supplies to surgeons
  • Set up surgical equipment and supplies based on physician preferences
  • Transport and position patients for surgery in accordance with safety protocols
  • Support patient comfort and privacy before, during, and after procedures
  • Monitor sterilization and decontamination processes for surgical instruments
  • Collaborate with surgical team to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality patient care
  • Adhere to infection control, safety, and hospital policies throughout shifts


What You Need
  • Current CST certification and BLS required (AHA)
  • Minimum of 2 years of surgical technologist experience, with neuro surgery experience preferred
  • Experience working in high acuity surgical environments, especially neurosurgery, general, ortho, plastics, urology, ENT, or vascular surgery
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
