Pay & Benefits:- Hourly Pay Rate: $53.60/hour

What Youll Do:- Provide high-acuity critical care for postoperative cardiac and thoracic surgery patients, including those with devices like Impella, Balloon Pump, and CRRT.
- Monitor and administer medications and treatments, including drips, with attention to side effects and effectiveness.
- Perform comprehensive assessments, document patient information, and develop individualized care plans.
- Manage complex patient needs, including multiple comorbidities, with autonomy and confidence.
- Educate patients and families, addressing psychosocial and emotional needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and standards of practice.
What You Need:- Current RN license in Texas or a compact state
- BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA only)
- One year of critical care or high-acuity nursing experience preferred; new graduates considered
- Ability to handle complex patient cases and work independently
- Effective communication and critical thinking skills
