What You’ll Do
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining the sterile environment for a variety of surgical procedures, including CVOR, Neurosurgery, Urology, ENT, and Vascular surgeries
  • Prepare patient skin and position patients according to surgical needs
  • Assist surgical teams by passing instruments, sutures, and supplies efficiently
  • Maintain aseptic techniques throughout procedures
  • Monitor the surgical environment, ensuring safety and sanitation standards are met
  • Support pre-operative and intraoperative patient care under the supervision of a professional nurse
  • Ensure proper handling and care of biological specimens
  • Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality surgical assistance

What You Need Required
  • Certified Surgical Technologist or LVN/LPN license
  • BLS certification (American Heart Association)
  • Minimum of 2 years of CVOR and Neurosurgery experience
  • Ability to scrub in multiple specialty areas including Transplants, Open Heart, Urology, Neurology, Robotics, etc.
Preferred
  • Experience in general, ortho, plastics, urology, ENT, and vascular surgeries
