What you'll do…
Coordinates all aspects of client conversions targeting satisfaction of Mission Excellence goals:Uses the conversion guide and standardized templates to complete the following Deposit related tasksPerforms analysis of existing system for conversion to the COCC INSIGHT systemInterviews client regarding existing Deposit product usage and functionalityImplements outside vendor interfaces required.Testing all of conversion related data, transactions, products, and reportsFollowing established procedures, creates System Options, Branch Operations and product information in databaseCompletes batch set up requirements using standard conversion templates.Works with conversion analyst on data specification requirementsCoordinates specification questions between client and conversion analystDocuments all client communications regarding decisions made to data spThansk ecifications and product validations.Translates and explain technical information, concepts and requirements in user friendly languageUpdate and document processes and procedural changes to interfaces with third party vendors for clients
What you'll bring…
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceMinimum of two years of banking experience in a back‑office or Deposit operations environmentStrong customer service skills with the ability to manage challenging client interactions professionallyExcellent verbal and written communication skills with internal and external stakeholdersAbility to analyze information and provide clear conclusions and recommendationsFamiliarity with data specification requirements and database‑driven systemsExperience translating technical concepts into clear, user‑friendly languageKnowledge of financial services applications and database query toolsIntermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookComfort handling confidential customer information (NPCI)Ability to work a hybrid schedule with some weekend, off‑hours, and extended‑hour requirementsWillingness to travel to client locations as needed
Salary range for this role is $61,193-$82,805 per year
