Your Impact & Opportunity
As an Intern, you will be placed in one of our dynamic lines of business within Insurance or Reinsurance
You will support our casualty and property teams in the day-to-day underwriting process as well as meet with brokers as part of the overall internship.
Collaborate onthe pre-qualification of deals and providesummariestotheunderwriting teamforsubmission flow.
Assistin classifying all submissions received, quoted, declined etc. from our tracker for reporting and data analytics.
Shadow underwriters – Information gathering and exposure analysis.
Monitor rate change reports and similar account tracking reports.
Grow and develop whileparticipatingin a varietyofleaderled, professional and personal development workshops, networking events, and the like.

What You Bring: Experience & Qualifications
You are a junior pursuing a bachelor’s degree at an accredited college/university
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office software, especially Excel
Excellent analytical, organizational, communication and collaboration skills
Leadership or involvement in extracurricular activities, campus clubs/organizations, your community, etc.
Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment while managing multiple projects and priorities

The salary for this position is$800- $1,000per week. Theoffered rate of compensationwill be based onindividual education, experience,qualificationsandwork location.All offers include access to a variety of benefits for the duration of the internship program, includinghealth insurance coverage, 401kmatch, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
