The small transaction team structure creates a platform for Associates to learn from the best and assume high levels of responsibility at early stages of their careers. As part of our team, the Associate will work on a variety of strategic advisory assignments including: activism and raid defense; hostile defense, proxy fights, and corporate governance, activism-related sellside and buyside M&A engagements; divestitures and spin-off engagements; and special committee engagements.Qualifications: Candidates must have a strong interest in activism defense, as well as the ability to think broadly about a range of issues confronting our firm's clients. Knowledge of accounting, finance, valuation and business strategy is a must, as are excellent written and verbal communication skills.
