Responsibilities: + Compile and maintain compliance documents per documentation process. + Research standards and give input to upcoming regulatory standards and how they affect TSV products. + Attend and contribute to design reviews and research and recommend design modifications. + Assist in determining costing for and procure test equipment + Maintain calibration of laboratory and data acquisition equipment + Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive designs, costing, test data, prototype models and product plans.
