    The Opportunity

    Our Information Technology Internship Program provides a meaningful, professional, hands-on experience to students with proven academic performance and problem-solving potential. We hire students majoring in Computer Science, Information Technology, Product Design, Business Administration, Data Science/Business Analytics, and UX/UI Design & Research into our programs based on business needs. Ideal candidates will combine technical and business knowledge with analytical strength and creative problem-solving abilities.

    Internships will be located onsite in Madison, WI at the Cancer Diagnostics headquarters

    Technical Support Analyst

    • Incident and Ticket Resolution
    • Systems and Application Support
    • IT Service Management
    • Enterprise Systems Troubleshooting
    • End-User Support Operations

    URx / UI

    • User Experience Research
    • User Interface Design
    • Product Design & Prototyping
    • Data Science / Business Analytics
    • Business Process & Requirements Analysis

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Completed at least one year of college coursework prior to the start of the internship.
    • Candidates must be returning to school following the internship assignment.
    • Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree
      • Technical Support Analyst candidates should be pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering.
      • URx/UI candidates should be pursuing a degree in Product Design, Business Administration, Data Science/Business Analytics, Industrial Design or UX/UI Design & Research.
    • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Must have a strong academic record with a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.

         

    The base pay for this position is

    $16.85 – $33.75/hour

    In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
