    EnterpriseComplaints, Remediations&Loudspeaker (ECRL)bringtogether key functions from across the company to help customers when they have concerns or have been adversely impacted by Wells Fargo.  ECRL provides leadership and oversight in complaint management, remediation, redress, mediation, and the Wells Fargo Loudspeaker program. ECRL listens to and learns from our customers and employees and provides robust analysis and real-time insights backtothe business for ongoing customer and business improvements:

    Program Overview

    The summer internship program is a professional development program providing participants with a 10-week overview of Wells Fargo and a high-level understanding of the company's operations, business strategies, and corporate culture. The internship experience includes relationship building, relevant work assignments, coaching, performance feedback sessions, and informative learning sessions with keystakeholders. 

    The internshipis designedto provide undergraduate students withan experiential overview of theapplicable teamwithinEnterpriseComplaints, Remediations & Loudspeakerand how they support developing, executing and supporting a streamlined approach to each of their individual businesses and theenterprise. The program incorporates real-world scenarios and experiences to help prepare you for a rewardingcareer at Wells Fargo. 

    The competitive internship program targets exceptional juniors and is a pipeline program where successful interns may receive an offer to return the following year to join the full-time Analyst Program.#earlycareers

    Program Date:Summer 2027.40-hourwork week. Daily working hoursare basedon businessneed. 

    Program Locations: 

    • DesMoines, IA

    • Phoenix, AZ

    In this role, you will:

    • Participate in formalprogrammingand workshopinitiatives

    • Review various assignments to become familiar with policies and procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained, related to low-to-medium risk tasks anddeliverables

    • Receive direction from managers in a matrixed environment and exercise independent judgment while developing understanding of compliance and risk management requirements for the supportedarea

    • Collaborate and consult with peers,colleaguesand managers to resolve issues and achievegoals

    Required Qualifications:

    • 6+ months of work experience, or equivalentdemonstratedthrough one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience,education

    Desired Qualifications:  

    • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in the following majors: Business Administration, Accounting, Analytics & Data, Business Intelligence, Communication, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Government, Management and Risk Management, Mathematics, Physics, Political Science, Policy & Management, Pre-law, Real Estate, Statistics,Technology, orrelated business field with an expected graduation betweenDecember 2027– June 2028

    • Involvement in extracurricular enrichment activities through one or more of the following: volunteerism, student organization involvement, study abroad program(s), leadership position(s), non-profit involvement

    • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills​

    • Familiarity withAI‑poweredproductivity tools (such aschat‑basedassistants andbuilt‑infeatures like Microsoft Copilot) to support everyday tasks including research, organizing information, and creating presentations with a strong interest in learning and using these tools responsibly.

    • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to use data insights, learn quickly, adapt to change, and support innovative solutions.

    • Ability to execute with urgency, support business reporting and project management, drive operational excellence, and adapt effectively to change with an enterprise mindset.

    • Strong communicationand relationship-building skills, with the ability to foster an inclusive environment and activelyseekand apply feedback.

    • Business acumen and business analysis skills, with a strong service orientation and the ability to support solutions that driveclientsand business impact.

    • Ability to act with integrity,identifyand manage operational risks, and apply regulatory compliance principles to support well-controlled operations.

    Job Expectations

    • Ability to travel5% or more of thetime.
