Position: Hardware & Blinds Associate

For over 80 years, Stier Supply Company has been a family-run leader in Millwork Services across the Southeast U.S. We take pride in delivering quality building materials with safety, efficiency, and professionalism. We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and organized Hardware & Blinds Associate to join our growing team! This hands-on role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying busy, keeping things in order, and taking pride in getting the job done right.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Organize, label, and maintain hardware inventory and stock areas.
• Pull, box, and label hardware orders with precision and accuracy.
• Review picking tickets for discrepancies and work to resolve them.
• Key locks as needed and document key numbers for job tracking.
• Assist with periodic cycle counts and year-end inventory processes.
• Provide support for blind production tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.

Salary Benefits Life, Health, Dental, and Vision after 60 days. Paid vacation and holidays after 90 days. 401(k) with company match when eligible after 6 months. Position Requirements

Qualifications:

• Material or warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
• Comfortable performing repetitive motions like keying locks and assembling parts.

Physical Requirements:

Heavy Lifting: Frequently lift and carry materials weighing up to 25 pounds.

Standing/Walking: Frequent movement between storage areas and loading docks (up to 8-10 hours/day)

Physical Endurance: Work in the warehouse and sometimes outdoors in various weather conditions, and frequently bend, twist, and reach overhead..

Additional Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening, background check, and health and physical evaluation.
