Overview:

This is an instructional paraprofessional position who will work with children in various campus settings under the supervision of a teacher.

Qualification:

Education/Certification:

• Associates degree or at least 48 hours of college coursework completed (an unofficial college transcript will be required prior to hiring)
• Valid Texas educational aide certificate

Special Knowledge/Skills:

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Knowledge of general office equipment
• Bilingual preferred

Experience:

• Some experience working with children
• Bilingual preferred

Salary:

Minimum $23,263 annually (Based on the 2025-26 compensation plan)

Salary determination will be based on verified relevant work experience. Salary will be adjusted to your start date.
