Position Summary
We’re seeking Ski Rental Technicians to help guests start their mountain adventures with the right equipment and a great experience. In this role, you’ll fit boots, adjust bindings, and ensure each guest leaves ready to hit the slopes safely and comfortably. Full-time and part-time seasonal positions are available, with both day and evening shifts.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Build knowledge of ski and snowboard equipment.
- Safely and accurately adjust rental bindings to fit boots.
- Assist with preventative maintenance and repair of equipment.
- Ensure all rental gear is cleaned and ready for use before being issued to guests.
- Provide guests with clear instructions on equipment usage when needed.
- Learn about resort services to help guide and assist guests.
- Complete rental forms with accurate inventory numbers and required signatures.
- Process returns by verifying inventory numbers and return times.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized rental shop (including sweeping, trash removal, etc.).
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or managers.
Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- Friendly and customer service oriented.
- Dependable, punctual, and ready to work.
- Neat and professional in appearance.
- Safety-minded with attention to detail.
- Available to work weekends and holidays.
