POSITION SUMMARY:
Breakthrough Public Schools is seeking highly collaborative, well-organized, and results-driven Operations Managers to join the school Operations teams at each of our campuses. The Operations team keeps school systems running smoothly, creates a warm and welcoming environment for all stakeholders, and removes operational barriers so instructional staff can focus on student achievement.
The Operations Manager supports Front Office operations through clerical, administrative, and operational responsibilities. This role oversees day-to-day operations across several systems (including Facilities, Food Service, Student Health, and Transportation) and serves as the second-in-command to the Assistant Principal of Operations (APO), partnering closely with them to ensure smooth daily operations. The Operations Manager serves as the first point of contact for all third-party vendors and partners within the building, escalating to the APO as needed. We see this role as a natural stepping stone to the APO position.
