Description

Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Stock Associate to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for moving inventory from stocking aisles to designated locations using hand carts and pallet jacks while maintaining organization, accuracy, and safety throughout the warehouse. This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting productivity and quality standards.

Hours:7am-3:30pm
Pay: $17.50

Essential Responsibilities
  • Move stock from stocking aisles to designated warehouse locations using hand carts or pallet jacks.
  • Remove products from shipping boxes and verify item titles and storage locations.
  • Stock shelves neatly and accurately according to warehouse procedures.
  • Break down and dispose of boxes, packaging, and packing materials.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all warehouse safety policies and procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 6 months of continuous work experience.
  • At least 6 months of experience performing physically active work involving standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, squatting, reaching, gripping, or similar tasks.
  • High school-level reading, writing, and basic math skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to changing workflow demands.
  • Ability to meet productivity and quality standards.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Physical Requirements
  • Stand and walk continuously throughout the assigned shift.
  • Lift and carry up to 50 pounds:
    • Up to 20 lbs continuously
    • 21–35 lbs frequently
    • 36–50 lbs occasionally
  • Push or pull up to 45 pounds occasionally.
  • Frequently bend, squat, kneel, twist, reach overhead, climb, crawl, and grip objects throughout the shift.
  • Work scheduled shifts, including overtime, before or after regular hours, and weekends as needed.
  • Work in varying warehouse temperatures.
