We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and professional Workplace Support Representative to help create a welcoming and positive work environment. This part-time position will serve as a communication link between drivers, employees, and site management at a busy production and transportation facility.
Pay Rate: $18 - 20 /H Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday/ 5:00AM - 9:00AM

Requirements:

. Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison between employees, drivers, and site management
- Share approved site updates and information across shifts
- Greet drivers, production employees, and other team members as they arrive for work
- Provide a friendly and welcoming presence during shift arrival times
- Distribute company flyers, announcements, reminders, and other approved communication materials
- Help communicate information regarding company programs, activities, and initiatives
- Maintain employee bulletin boards and communication areas to ensure information is current and accessible
- Provide employees and drivers with contact information for the appropriate company resource when requested
- Receive employee and driver concerns professionally and respectfully and route them to the appropriate manager or company resource for follow-up
- Support timely follow-up and communication regarding employee and driver concerns to help ensure clear, closed-loop communication
- Follow all site safety rules, procedures, and required safety protocols
- Assist with other workplace support and communication activities as needed
