Location: On-site,Temp to Hire
Schedule: Monday - Friday 1st Shift: 6AM - 2:30PM
Join our team and play a key role in building high-quality products while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and teamwork. Responsibilities include:
Assemble and connect final assemblies and subassemblies by following work instructions, schematics, and technical drawings.
Perform quality inspections on your own work and assist in inspecting the work of team members to minimize defects and ensure product excellence.
Identify and distinguish between various electronic and mechanical components.
Work efficiently across multiple assembly areas to support production needs.
Apply strong mechanical and electrical aptitude in daily assembly tasks.
Perform wiring and crimping operations with accuracy and attention to detail.
Participate in cross-training initiatives to expand knowledge and support team flexibility.
Read and interpret bills of materials (BOMs) to ensure correct component selection and assembly.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and assembly documentation.
Accurately record production data and traceability information in accordance with company requirements.
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
12 years of experience in assembly, manufacturing, or a related technical role.
Hands-on experience with wiring and crimping processes.
Ability to read and follow wiring schematics.
Ability to interpret mechanical and electrical drawings.
Experience safely using small hand tools and power tools.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
This position is based in a manufacturing/plant warehouse environment and requires the following:
Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, and crouching.
Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday.
Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs. (11.5 kg).
Consistent use of required personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to all safety procedures.
Ability to work in varying environmental conditions within a plant or warehouse setting.
Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends, as business needs require.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Commitment to producing high-quality work with minimal defects.
Willingness to learn new processes through cross-training opportunities.
Dependable, safety-focused, and detail-oriented.
Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
