Armada Staffing Group is currently seeking an experienced and dependable MIG/TIG Welder for a short-term project in Columbus, OH. We are looking for a skilled welder with experience performing MIG and TIG welding on small steel components in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate takes pride in producing high-quality welds, follows safety procedures, and is committed to completing the full one-week project with excellent attendance and reliability.
Shift/Hours:
- Pay Rate: $35.00/hour
- Monday - Friday
- 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM (first day start time may vary)
- Approximately 50 hours of work
- 1-week temporary project

Requirements:
- Previous MIG and TIG welding experience required
- Ability to perform precision welding on small parts
- Ability to read and follow basic work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to pass a background check, drug test,
- Reliable transportation and ability to work the entire scheduled project
Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG/TIG welding on small steel components at a workbench
- Weld extensions onto 1-inch square steel tubing according to specifications
- Inspect welds for quality, accuracy, and proper finish
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
- Complete assigned welding tasks within project deadlines
- Maintain consistent attendance throughout the one-week assignment
