This hands-on leadership role is responsible for coordinating shipping activities, training team members, operating forklifts, and ensuring orders are picked, staged, and shipped accurately while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. We are seeking an experienced Shipping/Receiving Department Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations.

Pay Rate: $20.00–$23.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule

• 1st Shift
• Monday – Friday
• 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Overtime may be required on Saturdays

Job Summary
 We are seeking an experienced Shipping/Receiving Department Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for coordinating shipping activities, training team members, operating forklifts, and ensuring orders are picked, staged, and shipped accurately while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities

• Lead daily shipping and receiving operations
• Train and support new warehouse employees
• Operate stand-up forklifts and other material handling equipment
• Use RF scanners to accurately pick and process customer orders
• Build, label, and stage pallets for shipment
• Monitor inventory and report shortages or damaged products
• Complete daily forklift inspections and report maintenance issues
• Communicate production updates and department needs to management
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of warehouse experience
• Experience using RF scanners (RF gun required)
• Forklift certification with experience operating multiple forklift types
• Strong basic math skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
• Ability to stand, bend, squat, reach, and work throughout the shift
• Strong verbal communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to safely work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Bilingual-English/Spanish
