About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team in Myerstown, PA. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inventory, order picking, packing, and shipping in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Your focus will be on maintaining safety, accuracy, and quality while working collaboratively with team members to ensure timely product distribution.

Key Responsibilities

• Use RF scanners, handheld scanners, and warehouse equipment to pick, pack, and ship products.
• Handle and move products weighing up to 40 lbs with proper lifting techniques.
• Perform inventory management tasks, including stocking, counting, and organizing products.
• Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe warehouse environment.
• Assist with receiving incoming shipments and unpacking orders.
• Support team members to meet productivity and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse workspace.
• Record data accurately using warehouse management systems and data entry tools.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure product accuracy and condition.
• Assist with additional duties as needed to support warehouse operations.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs repeatedly.
• Proficient in using handheld RF scanners and warehouse equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
• Familiarity with safety guidelines and protocols in a warehouse setting.
• Excellent teamwork skills and ability to work cooperatively with colleagues.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Basic computer skills for data entry and order tracking.
• Prior experience in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment.
• Flexibility to take on additional duties as needed.
