What You'll Do As a Team Lead, you will help manage daily cleaning operations while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are met. Responsibilities: - Lead and support a team of cleaners during your assigned shift
- Train new employees and reinforce company standards
- Conduct quality inspections and address performance concerns
- Monitor attendance and assist with staffing needs
- Ensure supplies and equipment are properly maintained
- Promote a safe work environment and enforce company policies
- Communicate effectively with management, employees, and airport personnel
- Assist with daily operational challenges and problem-solving
- Serve as the acting shift leader when supervisors are unavailable
Qualifications Required: - Must be 18 years of age or older
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Weekend availability required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a fingerprint-based background check
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and remain active throughout the shift
