Requirements:

• Previous forklift operating experience required
• Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain certification)
• Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, shipping, receiving, or material handling environments
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and documentation
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Must pass required background check, drug screening, and any applicable assessments

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
• Load and unload trucks while ensuring accurate material placement
• Move raw materials, finished products, and supplies throughout the facility
• Transport materials to warehouse and production areas
• Assist production and fabrication teams with material movement as needed
• Perform inventory transactions using scanners or manual logs
• Complete daily forklift inspections and report safety or maintenance concerns
• Assist with inventory counts and stock organization
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Work with supervisors and team members to meet production and shipping goals
