Warehouse & Production Facility Opportunities – Livingston, TNNow Hiring: Forklift Operators, Shipping & Receiving Coordinators, and Production SupervisorsJoin a growing warehouse and production facility in Livingston, Tennessee! We are seeking motivated, dependable team members who are committed to safety, quality, and efficiency. Our facility operates under strict Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ensuring a clean, organized, and high-quality work environment.Available PositionsForklift OperatorResponsibilities:
  • Safely operate forklifts to move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility
  • Load and unload trucks while maintaining inventory accuracy
  • Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
  • Follow all safety procedures and GMP requirements
  • Assist with warehouse organization and material handling as needed
Qualifications:
  • Previous forklift experience required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
  • Strong attention to safety and detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Shipping & Receiving CoordinatorResponsibilities:
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Verify shipment accuracy and maintain inventory records
  • Prepare shipping documentation and receiving reports
  • Communicate with carriers, vendors, and internal departments
  • Ensure compliance with GMP standards and warehouse procedures
Qualifications:
  • Previous shipping, receiving, or logistics experience preferred
  • Strong computer and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
  • Experience with inventory systems is a plus
Production SupervisorResponsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise production employees to meet daily production goals
  • Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with GMP standards
  • Train, coach, and develop team members
  • Maintain a safe and productive work environment
  • Coordinate production schedules and workflow efficiencies
  • Assist with performance management and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
  • Previous manufacturing or production leadership experience required
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of GMP procedures preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
