Armada Staffing Group is currently seeking a dependable and motivated Quality Audit / Pick & Pack Position to join our team in Columbus, Oh.

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with experience in Quality Auditor / Pick & Pack position. Understand the responsibilities, physical requirements, quality expectations, safety procedures, and productivity standards associated with this assignment. 

Pay Rate: $20/H
Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday / 8:00AM - 4:00PM

Requirements:

• Stand / walk continually for long periods of time
• Read, write and speak English
• They will be assigned a pack line and:
  • Pull the BOL to compare contents to the pick ticket
  • Reconcile any discrepancies

Responsibilities:

•  Perform pick and pack duties accurately and efficiently.
• Inspect products and orders to ensure they meet quality and customer requirements.
• Verify quantities, labels, packaging, and product condition.
• Identify and report damaged, incorrect, or missing items.
• Follow all company safety, quality, and productivity procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Stand and walk for extended periods during the shift.
• Lift, carry, and move materials as required for the position.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production and shipping goals.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and leads.
