As a Production Operator, you'll support manufacturing in the Formulation department, ensuring GMP compliance and high-quality production processes. You'll work closely with your team and supervisor to keep operations running smoothly and safely.
What You'll Do
As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for:
- Performing activities in the Formulation department to assist in manufacturing product pools and intermediates.
- Reviewing production schedules, assembling equipment, and preparing for production.
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment by following cGMPs and SOPs.
- Documenting production activities through reports, logs, and forms.
- Operating and maintaining laboratory and production equipment.
- Assisting with troubleshooting and coordinating support for instruments, reagents, or equipment issues.
- Performing routine preventive maintenance on equipment.
- Reviewing maintenance and equipment-specific procedures to ensure compliance.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- 3+ years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to operate lab/test equipment and manual, semi-auto, and automatic production machinery.
- Experience working in a laboratory or manufacturing environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Strong team player with flexibility and attentiveness to detail.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime and weekends as needed.

Location & Schedule: This position is on-site in Irvine and offers day shift hours from 7:00am to 3:00pm, Monday through Friday. Overtime and weekend work may be required based on operational needs.
