Job Title: Production Operator
Pay: $20.00-$24.52 per hour
Hours: 7:00am-3:00pm, Monday-Friday

As a Production Operator, you'll support manufacturing in the Formulation department, ensuring GMP compliance and high-quality production processes. You'll work closely with your team and supervisor to keep operations running smoothly and safely.

What You'll Do
As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for:

Performing activities in the Formulation department to assist in manufacturing product pools and intermediates.
Reviewing production schedules, assembling equipment, and preparing for production.
Maintaining a safe and clean work environment by following cGMPs and SOPs.
Documenting production activities through reports, logs, and forms.
Operating and maintaining laboratory and production equipment.
Assisting with troubleshooting and coordinating support for instruments, reagents, or equipment issues.
Performing routine preventive maintenance on equipment.
Reviewing maintenance and equipment-specific procedures to ensure compliance.

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
3+ years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to operate lab/test equipment and manual, semi-auto, and automatic production machinery.
Experience working in a laboratory or manufacturing environment.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
Strong team player with flexibility and attentiveness to detail.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime and weekends as needed.
