Summary:
- Assist in building and assembling seed display units
- Perform basic warehouse pick and pack duties
- Work in a fast-paced production environment
- Maintain quality and accuracy while completing assignments
Responsibilities:
- Pick seed packets and place them into pre-built display racks
- Assist with assembling display boards and promotional displays
- Follow work instructions to ensure accurate order completion
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all warehouse safety policies and procedures
Requirements:Desired Work Experience:
- Previous warehouse, assembly, or pick/pack experience preferred but not required
Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
Additional Qualifications:
- Must wear closed-toe shoes
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Safety glasses required (provided onsite)
- No cell phones permitted on the production floor
- Must be reliable and able to follow directions
- If using a locker, associates must provide their own lock and remove it daily
