Armada Staffing Group is currently seeking a dependable Pick & Pack Associates to join our team in Lockbourne, OH.We are looking for reliable individuals to assist in a warehouse environment building seed displays by picking seed packets and placing them into pre-built display units. This is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment.The ideal candidate is dependable, pays attention to detail, follows safety procedures, and is committed to excellent attendance and teamwork.Pay Rate: $12.00 per hour
Shift/Hours:
- 1st Shift
- Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to follow workplace safety guidelines
- Safety glasses are required (provided by warehouse including side shields for prescription glasses if needed)
- No cell phones permitted on the warehouse floor
- If using a locker, employees must provide their own lock and remove it daily
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
Responsibilities:
- Pick seed packets according to production orders
- Assemble and build seed display units
- Pack completed displays for shipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
