REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent attendance is REQUIRED!
• 1+ year of recent SITDOWN FORKLIFT experience
• 1+ year of recent warehouse or distribution experience
• Ability to stand 8–12 hours, repetitive lift 50lbs, and walk extensively
• Ability to push & pull product around
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, and repetitive movement throughout the shift
• Ability to perform hard, physical work throughout the entire shift
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work efficiently under production deadlines
• Dependable attendance and strong teamwork skills
• High School Diploma or GED

• 6AM-12PM, MON & TUES
• 6AM-12PM, SAT & SUN

ROLE IMPACT

• Experienced in sit-down forklift operation, safely loading and unloading trailers, transporting materials, and stacking pallets throughout the warehouse
• Plays a key role in supporting high-volume mail and parcel processing operations within a fast-paced postal distribution facility
• Ensures materials, mail, and packages are moved safely, accurately, and efficiently to keep production schedules and delivery commitments on track
• Maintains an organized and productive warehouse environment by following safety procedures, meeting productivity goals, and supporting continuous workflow
• Contributes to overall operational success through reliability, attention to detail, physical stamina, and a strong work ethic in a demanding warehouse setting

Job Duties

• Strong background in loading and unloading trailers, moving materials safely and efficiently, and stacking pallets throughout the warehouse
• Demonstrate ability to maintain productivity in fast-paced warehouse environments while following safety procedures and accurately handling inventory
