• $25.00/hour 
• 1st Shift: Part Time, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, minimum of 4 hours per day Monday–Friday

Responsibilities:

• Test AI-powered customer service chatbots and voice systems by interacting with them using common plumbing-related questions and service requests
• Conduct testing in both English and Spanish to evaluate the AI's ability to understand different accents, phrasing, terminology, and customer communication styles
• Identify and document incorrect, confusing, inconsistent, or inappropriate AI responses
• Provide clear and detailed feedback to software and operations teams
• Develop and perform real-world test scenarios involving plumbing calls, including leaks, clogged drains, water heaters, emergency service requests, scheduling, pricing questions, and general customer inquiries
• Evaluate AI interactions for accuracy, professionalism, friendliness, consistency, and overall customer experience
• Ensure the AI provides helpful information and properly guides customers toward booking service when appropriate
• Collaborate with company and AI/software teams to test system updates and verify that reported issues have been corrected
• Help continuously improve AI performance in both English and Spanish
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies or errors
• Comfortable interacting with AI-powered chatbots and voice systems
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced office environment
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software systems
