Freight Breakers LLC is looking for hardworking, dependable individuals to join our daytime warehouse team. This is a production-pay position where your effort directly impacts your earnings. If you enjoy staying active and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
Outbound Loading
- Load cartons from conveyor systems into trailers.
- Scan freight using handheld RF scanners.
- Move rolling carts and cages throughout the warehouse.
- Build secure, organized trailer loads while meeting production goals.
Inbound Unloading
- Unload cartons from inbound trailers.
- Place freight onto conveyor belts for processing.
- Scan and sort products into the correct rolling cages.
- Work with your team to keep freight moving safely and efficiently.
This is a physically active position involving regular lifting, bending, walking, and standing throughout your shift.
Earnings
Production-Based Compensation
- Average earnings of $200–$250 per shift
- Typical equivalent of $16–$25+ per hour
- Paid by production—not hourly
- Higher performance means higher earnings
Schedule
- Monday–Thursday
- 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Shifts may finish early when workload allows
- Overtime available during busy periods
Requirements
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Pass a background check and drug screening
- Ability to lift 5–50 pounds repeatedly
- Dependable transportation
- Comfortable performing physically demanding work in a warehouse setting
