OpSource Staffing is partnering with a well-established metal fabrication company in Greenville, SC to hire skilled MIG Welders. Our client provides expert fabrication services including welding, forming, cutting, finishing, and custom manufacturing solutions designed to strengthen businesses.

Open Positions

MIG Welders

Pay: $18–$22/hour (based on experience)
Experience Required: 3+ years MIG welding

Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG welding on metal components

• Follow blueprints and job specifications

• Inspect finished welds for accuracy

• Maintain productivity and safety standards

Requirements (All Positions)

• Minimum required welding experience (see above)

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints

• Strong tape measure skills (tape measure test required)

• Must pass welding test

• Valid Driver’s License required

• Must pass background check

• Must pass drug screening

• Reliable transportation

• Strong attention to detail
