Machine Operator - Power Up Our Production Line!

What You'll Be Doing:
- Operating machines safely and efficiently to meet production goals.
- Changing film and other materials on machines with care and attention.
- Supporting the production line by assisting team members and troubleshooting as needed.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area to promote safety and productivity.
Skills You'll Need to Shine:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn machine operation.
- Attention to detail to ensure changeovers and output meet quality standards.
- Good communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with your colleagues.
- Basic troubleshooting abilities to identify and address minor machine issues.
Nice to Have (But Not Required!):
- Previous experience in film handling or working with packaging machinery.
- Familiarity with production line environments.
- Ability to read simple technical documents or work instructions.
- Comfort using hand tools or performing light maintenance tasks.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or machine operation role is a plus but not mandatory.
