Pay: $20.50
Hours: 6am-4:30pm
Days: Monday-Thursday

What You'll Do:

• Use handheld grinding and deburring tools to remove excess material, sharp edges, and imperfections from metal parts.
• Inspect parts for quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications.
• Handle and position parts safely during grinding and finishing operations.
• Maintain production standards while ensuring high-quality workmanship.
• Keep work area clean and organized and perform basic tool maintenance.

Required Skills:

• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Frequent use of hands and arms to operate tools and equipment.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required.
• Capable of performing repetitive tasks in a manufacturing environment.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing environment is a plus

Work Environment

• Manufacturing facility with exposure to noise, dust, and production equipment.
• Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, and other equipment as needed.
• Fast-paced environment focused on safety, quality, and productivity.
