Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

About the Role

We are seeking dependable and hardworking general laborers to support rug manufacturing operations. This full-time position involves hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment, focusing on material handling, inspection, and packaging. Ideal candidates are reliable, physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, and comfortable working on their feet throughout the shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with production and handling of rugs in a manufacturing setting
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy during production
• Package and prepare finished products for shipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following all safety procedures and company policies
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned, including repetitive tasks and manual handling

Required Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations
