Schedule - 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
- Approximately 40 hours per week
- Weekends and holidays may be required
- Days off are typically scheduled during the week
Key Responsibilities - Clean and maintain assigned airport areas according to established schedules
- Collect and remove trash and litter from designated areas
- Sweep, mop, and maintain floors
- Dust, wipe, and sanitize surfaces
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Use cleaning products and equipment safely and correctly
- Follow all airport safety procedures and company policies
- Wear required uniforms and personal protective equipment
- Monitor cleaning supplies and notify the supervisor when restocking is needed
- Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, and unusual situations promptly
- Complete assigned duties accurately and within the required timeframe
- Perform additional cleaning-related duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications - Previous commercial cleaning or janitorial experience is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with cleaning products, techniques, and equipment
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions and established procedures
- Good time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to and from the airport
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as scheduled
Airport Employment Requirements Applicants must: - Be at least 18 years old
- Successfully complete the required background check
- Meet all airport security and credentialing requirements
- Be able to obtain and maintain the necessary airport clearance
- Present valid original identification documents during the hiring and credentialing process
Physical Requirements - This is a physically active position. Team members must be able to:
- Stand and walk for approximately 98% of the shift
- Bend, stoop, kneel, climb, balance, and reach
- Use their hands to hold, grasp, carry, and operate cleaning equipment
- Perform repetitive movements throughout the shift
- Lift, push, or pull up to 80 pounds
- Carry items weighing up to 80 pounds for 10 feet or more
- Work safely on wet, narrow, slippery, or uneven surfaces
Identification Requirements. Applicants must present a valid state-issued ID, driver's license, or another acceptable photo identification document, along with the additional original documents required for airport credentialing. Acceptable documents may include: - U.S. birth certificate-not laminated

- Permanent Resident Card
- Employment Authorization Document
