Hours - 7am -3pm
Pay Rate $17-$18 per hour
Job Summary
Assembles, tests, and packages electro-mechanical products according to work orders, drawings, and manufacturing instructions. Ensures products meet quality, safety, ESD, and production requirements.
Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical and electrical components, subassemblies, and finished products.
- Read and interpret work orders, drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.
- Use hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks.
- Perform basic product testing and verify proper operation.
- Collect and verify materials needed for production.
- Complete required documentation, labeling, and packaging.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Follow all safety, quality, and ESD procedures.
- Support cross-training, team activities, and continuous improvement efforts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude and experience with hand and power tools.
- Ability to read drawings, instructions, and basic schematics.
- Basic computer and math skills.
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
