Job Type: Temp-to-HirePosition OverviewPeople Source OKC is hiring an Electrical Wiring Assembler for the Pre-Electrical Department of a local manufacturing company in NW Oklahoma City. This advanced assembly position involves preparing and wiring hospital patient service systems with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and able to read shop drawings and tape measures. Training is provided, but candidates must demonstrate a strong ability to learn quickly and retain information.Job Responsibilities· Pull, cut, and coil wires of specified sizes and colors
· Assemble wire harnesses using hand tools
· Crimp, install connectors, and terminate wires on receptacles
· Read and interpret shop drawings and visual samples
· Follow National Electrical Code (NEC) guidelines
· Maintain quality and accuracy throughout the assembly process
· Work independently or under supervisor direction
· Maintain a clean and safe work environmentRequirements· Must be fluent in English
· Ability to read a tape measure and basic shop drawings
· Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
· Ability to perform repetitive motions including bending, twisting, and standing for extended periods
