Job Title: Durability Test Technician – Temporary & Temp-to-Perm Opportunities (1st Shift)
Location: Manchester, NH
Salary: $18.00–$22.00/hour
Hours: 1st Shift (6:30 AM–3:00 PM)
Duration: 6 Months – Temporary with Temp-to-Perm Opportunity
Position Summary and Special Duties:
As a Durability Test Technician, you will play a key role in supporting the testing and evaluation of advanced medical devices by performing repetitive cleaning and durability testing. This hands-on position focuses on executing established test procedures, accurately documenting results, and identifying any irregularities in device performance. Working alongside engineering and quality teams, you'll help ensure products meet stringent performance and reliability standards while contributing to the development of innovative medical technology.
Your day-to-day duties will include, but may not be limited to:
  • Execute repetitive cleaning cycles per User Manual instructions.
  • Accurately document test progress and results in Test Case Records using standard tools (Microsoft Word, Surround).
  • Identify, report, and help document any irregular device behaviors by generating observation tickets.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout all testing activities.
  • Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to ensure the integrity and consistency of all tests.
Job Specifications:
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing, assembly, laboratory, or test technician environment preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written instructions precisely.
  • Comfortable performing repetitive tasks over extended periods.
  • Proficiency with basic documentation tools and systems.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Mechanical aptitude and experience working with hand tools or test equipment is a plus.
