Responsibilities
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair International medium- and heavy-duty trucks.
Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and DOT services.
Utilize OEM diagnostic software and electronic troubleshooting equipment.
Complete warranty repairs according to manufacturer guidelines.
Accurately document repairs, inspections, and labor performed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Work closely with service advisors and teammates to ensure timely, high-quality repairs.
Stay current with International and OEM training programs.
Qualifications
2+ years of diesel technician experience preferred.
Experience working on International, Cummins, PACCAR, Detroit, or other heavy-duty diesel engines is a plus.
Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Ability to use computerized diagnostic equipment.
Valid driver's license required; CDL is a plus.
ASE and/or OEM certifications are preferred but not required.
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in a shop environment.
