As a 1st Quality Inspector, you’ll ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards, directly contributing to our commitment to excellence. You’ll collaborate closely with the Quality Assurance Manager and your team to identify issues early and facilitate continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do
As a 1st Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough inspections of finished products to ensure compliance with quality specifications.
• Documenting inspection results and maintaining accurate records of quality-related data.
• Collaborating with production teams to resolve non-conformance issues and implement corrective actions.
• Utilizing precision measuring tools and techniques to perform quality checks.
• Training new employees on quality standards and inspection processes.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment to uphold the highest safety and quality standards.

What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to quality assurance.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or quality control role is highly preferred.
• The ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required for various inspection tasks.
• A proactive attitude, willing to ask questions and engage in team problem-solving.
• Basic understanding of quality control principles and inspection tools.
• General labor skills are a plus, with an emphasis on reliability and teamwork.
